Service Description

Companies, contractors or government entities may submit a request to the Drainage Operation and Maintenance Department of the Assets Affairs Sector at the Public Works Authority “Ashghal” to connect to the (TSE) Treated Water Network in order to provide treated water for industrial, cooling, irrigation, development, landscaping, fodder or non-human consumption purposes.

Online Instructions

  • Login to Ashghal Customer Zone Portal and click on "Apply".
  • Fill in the online form, entering all the required information.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • Project Location Map.
    • Project Schedule (Optional).
    • Building Permit Approval.
    • CR Registration.
    • Signed Service Request Form in the relevant section.
  • Click on "Submit".

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill in the paper form, then sign and stamp it in the relevant section before submitting it to Ashghal.
  • Attach the above-mentioned required documents.

Fees

Applicable fees are as follows:

  • Constructing the Connection: Actual Cost.
  • General Usage Per Cubic Meter: 25 dirhams.
  • Fodder Usage Per Cubic Meter: 1 dirham.
