Establishments may submit a request to the Work Permit Department at the Ministry of Labour (MOL) to manage the contact information of authorized signatories, representatives or responsible managers in establishment records.
The applicant selects the establishment whose details are to be edited so that the authorized signatories, representatives or responsible manager of an establishment are displayed. The applicant then chooses to add, amend or cancel any of the authorized signatories, representatives or responsible manager of an establishment then submits the application and adds attachments.
If the terms and conditions meet every procedure and the application is approved automatically or by the concerned employees, the process ends with having the information saved.
