Service Description
This service allows companies to submit a request to establish popular (folklore) teams, via the E-Services portal of the Ministry of Culture (MOC).
Online Instructions
- Click on "Culture and Arts Services" under E-Services portal available on MOC website.
- Click on "Create Popular Teams Registration Request" from the list of services.
- Login by using your personal account on the National Authentication System (NAS, Tawtheeq).
- Attach the following documents:
- Add at least one attachment (required)
- A QID copy of owner
- A certificate of preservation of a trade name
- A copy of commercial registration
- A copy of establishment card
- A certificate proving an authorized signature
- Other attachments if there are any additional attachments
- Submit the application.
Fees
No fees are required for this service.

- Among the terms for applying for this service are as follows:
- Submission is available for individuals who must be Qataris.
- Submission is available for companies or through an authorized signatory.
