Home Delivery Service by Qatar Postal Services Company (Qatar Post) allows individuals with a registered PO Box to enjoy the convenience of having mail delivered directly to their doorsteps.

Features of this service:

• Secure: Your mail is kept safe and sealed.
• Consistent: Your Personal PO Box stays the same even in case of relocating.
• Convenient: Postal delivery can either be scheduled or sent on a regular basis.

Online Instructions

• Click on “Subscribe Now” in “Home Delivery” service.
• Enter PO Box number and registered phone number, then click on “Sign In”.
• Attach copy of Qatari ID of subscriber.
• Complete the required details and pay appropriate fees.

Offline Instructions

• Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to Qatar Post to complete the registration process.
• Attach copy of Qatari ID of subscriber.
• Pay appropriate fees.

Service Center

Qatar General Post or any Qatar Post branch (Visit Qatar Post website to find the nearest one to you).

Additional Information

• This service is available to anyone with a Personal PO Box subscription.
• If you decide to relocate, your personal PO Box stays the same, but you have to inform Qatar Post to update your data.

Fees

• Applicable fees are as follows:
  • Once a week of home delivery: QR500 a year.
  • Three times a week of home delivery: QR1500 a year.
  • Six times a week of home delivery: QR3000 a year.
• Home Delivery Service option is added to your yearly PO Box subscription of QR500.
