Description

Individuals and businesses may submit a request to the Intellectual Property Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to register a grievance against the decisions made by the Department.

Offline Instructions

  • Submit an official letter to the Intellectual Property Department to appeal against its decisions, within 15 days from the issuance date of the decision made by the Industrial Property Protection Office or the decision acknowledgment by the Office.
  • Clarify appeal reasons and attach supporting documents.
  • Pay appropriate fees.
