Description

Individuals, law firms, companies and government entities may submit a request online to the Public Prosecution to appeal against the decision of rejecting a filed complaint after making sure it has been rejected by the chief prosecutor. This request is subject to the approval of the prosecutor.

Online Instructions

  • Login to the e-services portal of the Public Prosecution using Tawtheeq account.
  • Browse the “Services” menu, and click on “Complaints and Grievances”, then “Request of Grievance against a Rejected Complaint”.
  • Fill out the online form entering all the required information.
  • Attach printed letter clarifying the reason for grievance.
  • Click on “Send”.

Offline Instructions

  • Attend in person to the Public Prosecution headquarters.
  • Print out the paper form, then fill it out and submit it to the Public Prosecution.
  • Submit printed letter clarifying reason for grievance.

  • This service is available online around the clock or by visiting the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
