Service Description
Companies may submit a request to the Roads Operations and Maintenance of the Assets Affairs Sector at the Public Works Authority "Ashghal" to issue a grease trap permit, as part of the drainage services provided by Ashghal.
Each of the following has to get this permit:
- Restaurants
- Homes used partially as restaurants
- Hotels
- Gas Stations
- Car Repair Garages
- Bakeries
- Kitchens
Online Instructions
- Login to Ashghal Customer Zone Portal and click on "Apply".
- Fill in the online form entering all the required information.
- Attach the following documents:
- Copy of Qatari ID of owner and applicant.
- Copy of commercial registration and old commercial license (in case of renewal).
- Permit approval stamped by the competent municipality.
- Click on “Submit”.
Offline Instructions
- Fill in the application form.
- Visit the Assets Affairs Sector at Ashghal.
- Attach the required, above-mentioned documents.
