Description

Concerned individuals, or their representatives in accordance with legal agencies issued by the Ministry of Justice, may submit a rehabilitation request to the Public Prosecution for recorded cases in the criminal paper that shall be subject under the approval of the prosecutor.

Online Instructions

  • Login to the e-services portal of the Public Prosecution using Hukoomi user account.
  • View the “Services” menu, click on “Other Requests”, and select “Request for Rehabilitation”.
  • Enter the necessary personal information of the applicant, as well as the request details.
  • Attach a copy of the issued verdict, along with its execution proof and completion, in accordance with the Public Prosecution’s decision or a Court ruling.
  • Click on “Send”.

Offline Instructions

  • Visit the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours.
  • Submit the paper form, after it gets filled out and printed, to the Public Prosecution, along with all the necessary documents and information.

Additional Information

  • After the request gets submitted, the applicant will receive an SMS confirming the request receipt.
  • After reviewing the request, the applicant will receive a message to confirm whether the request got approved or rejected.
  • This service is available online around the clock or by visiting the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
  • This service requires ten (10) business days to be completed.
