Description

This service enables you to request for deferral of defense through Al Mahakem E-Services Portal.

Online Instructions

• Access Al Mahakem E-Services Portal and login via the National Authentication System (NAS).
• Enter the activation code sent to the registered number.
• Select “Request for Deferral of Defense” from "Motion trials service".
• Select the type of entry (lawyer, personal).
• Choose the type of court (Court of Cassation, Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal).
• In case that the power of attorney is from an individual, enter the applicant's data (name, nationality, type of identity proof, identification number).
• Enter the address details (city, district, street, building, unit, and mailbox).
• Enter Power of attorney representative "individual", the power of attorney number, And the power of attorney status.
• If the power of attorney is from an establishment, enter the address details (city, district, street, building, unit, and mailbox).
• Enter the power of attorney representative (Lawyer), attorney number, power of attorney status.
• Enter the establishment number and the commercial register.
• Submit your request.
