This service enables you to request for a suspension of action and a provisional release on Al Mahakem E-Services Portal.
Online Instructions
- Access Al Mahakem E-Services Portal and login via the National Authentication System (NAS).
Enter the activation code sent to the registered number. - Select the type of entry (lawyer, personal).
- Choose the type of the required service by choosing "Motion trials services" then the "Request for suspension of action and provisional release" service.
- Specify the type of the applicant (Individual, Establishment).
- Enter the requested details, and click "next", to submit your application.
