Description

Food importers and clearance companies may submit a request to the Food Safety Department at the Ministry of Public Health to obtain an export or re-export certificate for locally produced or imported food consignments as well as valid re-exported inputs to the State.

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out the paper form, then print it out and submit it to the health office at the relevant port.
  • Attach the following documents:
    • For export certificate: Copy of customs declaration, copy of shipping invoice and copy of local inspection attestation
    • For reexport certificate: Copy of customs declaration, copy of shipping invoice and copy of final release attestation
