Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) allows customers to apply online to request electricity disconnection and final bill settlement.
Online Instructions
- Login using the username and password.
- Enter the electricity number and water number.
- Enter the Tel/Mobile number and P.O. Box.
- Enter the e-mail.
- Enter the date of disconnection.
- Select the customer type (tenant – delegate).
- Click "Send".
