Description
Food importers and clearance companies may submit a request to the Food Safety Department at the Ministry of Public Health to destroy imported food stuff.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill out the paper form, then print it out and submit it to the health office at the relevant port.
- Attach the following documents:
- Copy of customs declaration
- Copy of invoice
- Copy of Foodstuff Detention Form
- Lab analysis payment receipt
- Copy of vehicle license
