Description

This service allows companies to submit a request online, on the e-services portal of the Ministry of Culture and Sports (MCS), to apply for a broadcasting license for a Radio and TV channel.

Online Instructions

  • Login to MCS e-services portal, and enter your username and password if you were previously registered in the National Authentication System.
  • Select the service “Broadcasting License Request” under “Broadcasting Management”.
  • Select the License Type that is “Radio/TV Channel” and fill out its online application form.
  • Attach the following documents:
  • QID copy of the license owner and each partner in case of the presence of partners
  • Letter addressed to the Department Manager
  • Study on the channel
  • Commercial registration copy
  • Signature authorization’s certificate of proof, in case of logging in as the representative or authorized signatory
  • Click on “Send Request”.

No fees are required for this service.
