Service Description
Parents of students enrolled in public schools can request a personal leave for their children and for the purpose of medical treatment or accompanying a patient.
Online Instructions
- Access the Public Services Portal.
- Choose the “Additional service to register and transfer students”.
- Click on start service then login
- Choose the service of requesting a personal leave for a student enrolled at a public school.
- Choose the student and specify the start and end date of the leave.
- Attach the required documents:

- Student’s QID Card Copy
- Declare that the provided information is correct then submit the application.
