Service Description

Customer can notify KAHRAMAA immediately about any defected electrical or water meter.

Offline Instructions

Additional Information

  • You can send an email to: customercare@km.com.qa including description of the defect, customer name and numbers of QID, mobile, electricity, water and meter serial number.
  • KAHRAMAA will bear costs of replacing or repairing defected meters if the defection is caused by manufacture defect or other accepted reasons according to KAHRAMAA regulations.
  • If the defect is caused by customer manipulation and misuse, legal actions will be taken according to the Qatari law.
  • Please make sure to fill out the application form in typing.

Fees
