Description
"Qatar Post" provides a fast and efficient service for the public to renew health card with no extra fees. The service is available at counter no. (16), the General Post office - West Bay in Doha.
Offline Instructions
- Fill out the application form after getting it from GPO.
- Provide the following documents:
- Copy of passport or ID Card.
- Two passport size photographs and health file number.

Additional Information
- Qatar Post will inform the customer by registered mail to his P.O. Box when the card is ready for collection, and you can receive notification by an SMS message or e-mail at a cost of QR1, payable at the time of submitting the application.
- To renew your Health Card, please provide the copy of ID card, the expired public health and one passport size photograph.
Fees
A fee of QR100 applies.
