Service Description
This service enables companies to use the Certificates System, Regulations Service and Establishment Statistics Service.
Online Instructions
- Open “Regulations, Penalties and Certificates System (RPCA)” service, then then click on “Apply”.
- Log in to the National Authentication System ‘Tawtheeq’ using a smart card.
- Enter all the required details.
- Confirm the details and submit the application.
Additional Information
- Service requirements:
- A smart card to verify the identity of the person authorized in the establishment to use the service through Tawtheeq.
- The statistics service is available only if the establishment is not suspended from using MOL services.
- Service Submission Timings: Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Fees
A fee of QR20 applies.
