Description

The Intellectual Property Protection Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) provides the trademark registration service to local investors after the registration request is published in the Industrial Property Journal for four months, provided that no objection is made to the registration application.

How to Get the Service

  • Trademark owner visits MOCI headquarters or branch when notified to pay appropriate fees.
  • Pay appropriate fees, including publication fees.

  • After paying appropriate fees, the concerned employee issues the trademark ownership certificate and hands it over to the owner.
  • After the service is completed, the trademark registration is published in the Industrial Property Journal.
