Service Description

This service allows suppliers to register a company's information in the database of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) via Supplier Portal on MOJ website, something which facilitates communication with and procedures between a supplier and the Ministry. 

This service aims to brief the Ministry on services provided by a supplier.

Online Instructions

  • Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
  • Select the "Supplier Portal" service.
  • Login to the Supplier Portal by using your username and password.
  • Fill in required data.
  • Provide the below required attachments:
    • Company data 
    • Owners' data
    • Contact information 
    • Bank details

Fees

No fees are required for this service.

Additional Information

  • An account will be suspended if the required documents are not attached, and if the feedback sent to a supplier is not responded to after 30 days.
  • A supplier must ensure accurate and correct data entry, particularly data related to bank details or a commercial activity.
  • A supplier should update all his data from time to time and keep checking the Ministry's website for updates on suppliers.
  • The Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs in the Ministry has the right to accept or reject accounts or amend their data according to the procedures followed in the Department.
  • The Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs is committed to maintaining the privacy of supplier data sent to it.
  • A supplier undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information, data, documents, papers and official and unofficial documents that he receives from the Ministry or that he receives by virtue of his work.
  • The service delivery duration: This depends on the request sent to the Ministry.
  • This service is available 7 days a week.
  • This service is available for persons with disabilities.
