Service Description

This online service provided by Hajj and Umrah Department affiliated with the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs allows Qatari citizens wishing to perform Hajj (Islamic pilgrimage), to register on HH the Amir Hajj service.

Online Instructions

  • Access the portal of Hajj and Umrah Department on the Ministry's website. 
  • Click on Courtesy Hajj (Qataris Only). 
  • Provide ID number and date of birth. 
  • Insert the code as shown in the image.
  • Click on "Read and Agreed on Conditions."

Additional Information

  • Hajj registration requirements are as follow:
    • Age of Hajj applicant or accompanying person must not be less than 18 years old and must not be above 65 years old.
    • Applicant must have completed at least two doses of COVID-19 vaccine. 
  • Support your application with the required documents gives priority to get approval.
  • Documents must be submitted manually to the Hajj and Umrah Department at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs located at Dafna district after registering the hajj application online. 
  • Required documents: 
    • Salary certificate or social security card
    • 3-month bank statement
    • Statement of the Qatar stock exchange account
    • Certificate from real estate registry bureau (Ministry Of Justice)
  • You can follow up your request through the "Application follow-up" service, by entering the QID number and pin code.
