Description
Law firms may submit a request to Department of Criminal Affairs at the Public Prosecution to apply for access to the e-services portal of the Public Prosecution and, consequently, follow up the notices submitted on behalf of their clients at the Prosecution, in accordance with the powers of attorney issued by the Ministry of Justice.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill in the paper form, then submit it signed and stamped to the Department of Criminal Affairs at the Public Prosecution.
- Attach the following documents:
- Copy of QID of company’s e-services coordinator
- Copy of establishment ID
- Copy of commercial registration
- Copy of lawyer registration
- Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed by the e-services coordinator

- This service is available by visiting the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- This service requires two (2) business days to be completed.
