Description
Government entities may submit a request to the Department of Criminal Affairs at the Public Prosecution to apply for access to the e-services portal of the Public Prosecution and, consequently, follow up on their notices handled by the Prosecution.
Offline Instructions
- Download and fill in the paper form, then submit it signed and stamped to the Department of Criminal Affairs at the Public Prosecution.
- Attach the following documents:
- Copy of QID of e-services coordinator
- Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed by the e-services coordinator

- This service is available by visiting the Public Prosecution building during the official working hours, from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- This service requires two (2) business days to be completed.
