Click on Sign up for New Applicant. Create an account by writing your email address and password.
After submission, open your email and activate the account.
Login to the account you have created and click on apply for evaluation. Make sure to fill all the information and upload all the related attachments before submitting your application and print out the receipt for payment (if applicable).
Pay appropriate fees online .
You may submit your request only through a PC or Laptop. IPads, tablets or smart phones are not applicable.
Password should contain letters A-Z, numbers 0-9 and special characters (!@#$ %^&*).
After payment and submission, your request will show as (Not completed by Employer) which means your authorized focal point should approve your request via the institution account.
After submission (if you are exempted from payment), your request will show (Employer Completing) which means your authorized focal point should approve your request via the institution account.
Be sure to complete all the information required and upload all the related attachments.
After the registration/renewal request is approved, the health practitioner is notified by the Medical Licensing Registration System via email that the e-license is available and that s/he can immediately practice their profession. The applicant can later review this license electronically.
Fees can be paid manually and they are not refunded in case of a failed application.
Payments are accepted via credit cards (Master Card or Visa Card).
If the healthcare practitioner is required to sit for the qualifying exam, the Healthcare Practitioner Registration and Licensing Department will issue a sit for exam certificate.
