Service Description

This service enables individuals to register themselves and their children in “MyHealth” patient portal and easily access their health records online anytime, anywhere, as well as check their laboratory test results, medication details, medical appointments, and locations of health centers.

The service shows one single record of information, regardless of the place where the patient has received medical care services at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) or the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC).

Online Instructions

  • Fill out the online application form, entering all the required personal details.
  • Enter the verification code displayed in the application form.
  • Tick the checkbox related to the acceptance of the portal’s terms and conditions, and privacy policy, after reading them.
  • Click on “Next”, then an SMS will be sent to the mobile number you added in the application form, and which includes One Time Password (OTP).
  • Enter the OTP sent to you, and then click on “Verify”.
  • In case your registration request is approved, an email message will be sent to you, with a link that you should click on to activate your account.


No fees are required for this service.

Additional Information

  • Your registration request will be reviewed, and a response will be sent to you within three (3) working days, via an SMS on your mobile number, or an email message.
  • If the registration request is rejected, you need to visit any of the HMC Medical Records’ sections.
