Service Description
Qatari citizens, residents and visitors can register online in Qatar e-Government Portal – Hukoomi and apply for many e-services available on the Portal.
Register Online
Through creating an account:
- Enter your QID and mobile phone number.
- Enter image verification.
- Click "Receive SMS verification code."
- Enter the verification code and click "Next."
- Fill out the required personal information and click on "Sign Up."
Through smart card:
Users can login in Hukoomi by using the smart card.
Additional Information
- In case the mobile number is not under user QID, the user should visit Qatar Post main building or the Government Contact Center (GCC) at the building of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) with his QID to activate his account.
- Automatic activation is valid for Ooredoo and Vodafone users who have registered numbers.
- You can request to activate e-services on smart QID through Hukoomi Portal.
- You can also add a company to the personal smart card of the authorized person through Hukoomi Portal.
