Description

This service enables individuals to register with the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) their interest to take the COVID-19 vaccine; they may request an appointment to take the vaccine if they are in one of the first priority groups. If they are, however, not in any of the listed priority groups, their interest to take the vaccine will be recorded, and they will be contacted when eligible.

Online Instructions

• Visit COVID-19 page on the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) website.
• Select “COVID-19 Vaccine” service from the list.
• Click on “Register for COVID-19 Vaccine”.
• Register for yourself by taking the following steps:
• Click on “All others to register for a vaccine appointment (Requires NAS Account).
• Login to the National Authentication System (NAS) by using your username and password,
• Enter the required details and submit your request.
• Register for your child between 12-18 years old (if applicable):
• Click on “To register for a vaccine appointment for your 12-18 yo child (Doesn’t Require NAS Account).
• Enter your QID to verify the eligibility of your child/children to take the vaccine.
• Complete the necessary steps to register for a vaccine appointment for your 12-18 child/children.

Additional Information

• In case you did not use your QID while logging to NAS, additional information will be requested to authenticate your identification.
• If you don't have a NAS account, you can create a new one through the registration link.
• If you forgot your NAS account credentials, you can reset your password.
• NAS account is not needed for the 12-18 years old child category.
• Please call 109 for any technical issues with one-time password (OTP).
