Description
Companies operating in fire protection field can register, update data and define activities online in Civil Defense Department at the Ministry of Interior (MOI) to get the necessary approval to provide fire protection requests and services. Such companies should have a valid registration in the establishment system.
Online Instruction
- Login with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
- Select the required transaction type (Personal for the smart card owner or Company Name for the authorized person).
- Click on "Civil Defense Services" and select "Register a Company".
- Enter the basic details about the company you want to register in "Company Information" page.
- Enter the basic details about company contact persons in "Contact Information" page.
- Select company activities and write a summary about each activity in "Activities" page.
- Attach the following documents: commercial license, establishment ID and commercial register.
- Review and confirm the added details in "Summary" page.
- Click on "Send" to confirm sending the request to Civil Defense Department.
