Description
Persons with disabilities and elderly people can register secondary SMS receiver in Metrash service who will instantly receive the same SMS notifications sent to the primary subscribers and will be aware of the status of the required services.
A person cannot add himself/herself as a co-receiver on behalf of the service owner as he is the only one who can register the co-receiver.
Online Instructions
- Provide the valid QID and mobile number of the service owner.
- Provide the valid QID and mobile number of the person to be a service co-receiver.
- Click "Submit".
Additional Information
- If the person is not yet registered as Metrash subscriber, he/she will be automatically registered when entering his/her data as co-receiver.
- A person can stand as a co-receiver for multiple primary service owners.
- After submitting the data, you will receive a One Time Password (OTP) to activate the new service co-receiver.
