Service Description
This service allows for requesting to add a responsible manager for a real estate brokerage company through the Real Estate Brokerage Portal on the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) website.
Online Instructions
- Visit the e-services page on MOJ website.
- Select the "Real Estate Brokerage Portal" service.
- Login to the Real Estate Brokerage Portal by using your username and password.
- Select "Request to Add a Responsible Manager for a Real Estate Brokerage Company."
- Enter all the required information.
- Provide the below required attachments:

- A QID card (Qatari nationality)
- A statement from an employer for the last three years
- A good conduct certificate
- Submit the request.
Fees
- QR10,000: for first registration
- QR2500: upon renewal
