Query for Good Conduct Certificate

Description
Nationals and resident can view online the status of good conduct certificate application (submitted earlier to Criminal Evidences and Information Department) for the applicant or one of his sponsored.
Online Instructions
- Log in with your smartcard to the e-services portal of MOI.
- Select the required transaction type (Personal for the smart card owner or Company Name for the authorized person).
- Click on "General Services" and select "Query for Good Conduct Certificate".
- Select the required certificate, whether your own certificate or belongs to a sponsored person, from "Applicant Details" page.
- The system will show inquired certificate details (Certificate number, year, issuance date and status) in "Certificate Details" page.
- To query for another certificate, click on "Previous" and repeat the mentioned steps.
