Description

This program allows Qatar citizens to request financing for building different sizes of greenhouses, where the bank purchases the supplies, needs and accessories of greenhouses with the requirement of installation from suppliers. The program aims at spreading the culture of agriculture among citizens and enhancing self-sufficiency.

Online Instructions

• Choose Products and Services list found on QDB’s homepage, and then choose Green House from the Financial Products lists.
• To apply for the program, please choose "Submit Here" on the service information page.

Enter the required data about the applicant and house information and attach the following documents:

• QID
• House address image
• Kahrama certificate
• Choose the requested greenhouse type
• Enter the verification word
• Submit the application

Additional Information

• ​​ QDB finances 100% of the value of the project and a maximum of QR 70,000.
• The repayment period is up to 4 years includes a grace period of six months.
• The profit rate amounts to 1% per annum and there are no administrative fees.
• Disbursement of funding goes directly to suppliers or sellers when one makes a purchase order to the bank.
• Payments to the Supplier shall be made after an inspection visit by the Bank’s Labor Service staff or through the appointment of another party to ensure that the agreed work is completed.
