Eyada helps maximize an SME’s business profitability by providing the necessary support to diagnose adverse causes and implement an effective turnaround. QDB contributes by covering up to 50% of the service cost. The consulting services provided by Eyada service are concerned with restructuring and are carried out in two phases: developing the transformation and execution plans (set of corrective actions along with the framework of implementation and the respective success measures) and implementing the execution plan.
