Service Description

Eyada service offers help for distressed SME’s or SME’s looking to optimize sales, efficiencies and costs. Eyada helps maximize an SME’s business profitability by providing the necessary support to diagnose adverse causes and implement an effective turnaround. QDB contributes by covering up to 50% of the service cost. The consulting services provided by Eyada service are concerned with restructuring and are carried out in two phases: developing the transformation and execution plans (set of corrective actions along with the framework of implementation and the respective success measures) and implementing the execution plan.

Online Instructions

• Choose Products and Services list found on QDB’s homepage, and then choose "Eyada" from the Advisory Products list. 
• To apply for the program, please choose "Submit Here" on the service information page.
• Enter the required data and attach QID of owner.
• Choose “Eyada” from the list of “Services you are interested in”.
•  Enter the verification word.
•  Agree on the terms and conditions.
• Submit the application.
