You can search in the Qatari and foreign judiciary principals and judgments encyclopedia, offered by Supreme Judiciary Council on its website. It aims to facilitate the understanding of the judgments and principles of the Qatari appellate and cassation courts.

The encyclopedia contains multiple easy-used search methods, including search by date, judgment subject, challenge no., the concerned law, and by word or sentence in the judgment.

Search in Encyclopedia

• Log in to Supreme Judiciary Council.
• Select Qatari Judiciary Principals and Judgments Encyclopedia.
• Select the type of court (appellate – cassation).
• Select search method (by date – judgment subject – challenge no. – concerned law – word or sentence in the judgment).
• Enter the required information, and click "Search".
