Service Description

Companies importing, exporting, or transporting chemicals shall submit their chemical shipment data to the Radiation and Chemicals Protection Department at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC).

Offline Instructions

  • Download and fill out the paper form, then submit it to the Radiation and Chemicals Protection Department at MECC.
  • Attach Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Chemical Table, Certificate of the Country of Origin, Customs Declaration Certificate, and Chemicals Import License.
  • In case of non-availability of the import license, attach (MSDS) and electronic Incident No.
  • Stamp the form with the company seal.
