Service Description
This service allows you to obtain to whom it may concern certificate which states that the university or college and major are accredited in the state of Qatar.
Online Instructions
- Visit MOEHE website and click on “To Whom it May Concern Certificate” under “Higher Education” services
- Enter the name or keyword of the university or college under the “Organization” field then click “Search”
- Click on “Print Certificate” under “To Whom it May Concern”.

No fees are required for this service.
