Description
This service provided by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) allows paying books and transportation fees of public school students and then obtain a payment receipt electronically.
Online Instructions
- Choose Books and Transportation Fees service from the list of electronic services on the Services Portal homepage on MOEHE website.
- Click on "Start Service" and login or register a new account in case you do not have an account.
- You will be directed to Qatar National Bank's secure payment gateway.
- Fill out the required information to complete the payment process.
- After completing the payment process, you will manage to download the payment receipt.
Service Fee
- Book fees 50 QR for each semester.
- Transportation fee 1000 QR for each semester.
Additional Information
- The following data must be available in case you need to create a new user:
- QID expiry date.
- Email.
- Mobile phone number.
- To complete the payment process, a bank card (debit card - credit card) is required.
- The service does not apply to Qatari students, GCC citizens and Qatari women children.
