Description
This service enables you to apply a request of objection to trial in absentia.
Online Instructions
- Access Al Mahakem E-Services Portal and login via the National Authentication System (NAS).
- Enter the activation code sent to the registered number.
- Select the type of entry (lawyer, personal).
- Select “Services", then After Judgement Requests and click on "Objection to Trial in Absentia Request".
- Fill in the required information to complete your request.
