Service Description

This service enables a taxpayer registered for Excise Tax and obtaining a Tax Warehouse license who receives Excise Goods to submit a notification of receipt of Goods that have been transferred to him under a Tax Suspension Situation from another Tax Warehouse.

Online Instructions

  • Login to Dhareeba portal.
  • The taxpayer goes to the main screen, selects a list of requests.
  • After clicking on the "Requests" list, the taxpayer will go to the requests screen, and he must press the "Open" button from the "Request for Transfer of Selective Goods" panel, and then press the "Create" button.
  • When the "View" button is clicked, the taxpayer can view the list of orders where he has the option to check the form.
  • After clicking on the "Consent to Receive Goods" panel, the taxpayer can view the list of submitted orders that are under pending status.
  • After viewing the entire form, the taxpayer can activate the return option for the sender, enter the reason for requesting the return, or activate the consent option and click the accept button.
  • After that, the taxpayer clicks on the “Submit” button.
  • After viewing the form, the taxpayer can accept or reject the form.
  • Acknowledgment of the validity of the entered information.
  • A message will be sent to you containing the application reference number.

Additional Information

  • The request is automatically rejected after three days if the recipient does not take any action.
  • The taxpayer can amend the notification of receiving Excise Goods.
