Service Description

This service, specialized in final leave, disciplinary dismissals, and leaving during probation period, allows both the employer and employee to notify each other of ending the contractual relationship between them, according to the work contract type and notice type that determines the reasons for ending the contract.

Online Instructions

  • Enter the establishment, QID, and mobile numbers.
  • Tick the “I am not a Robot “box.
  • Click on "Submit” to login to the service.
  • Attach the following documents: 
    • Notice Form after filling out the relevant section for the employee or the employer
    • Work Contract
    • New Company’s Letter
    • Establishment’s ID
    • Letter of Arbitrariness (if applicable)
  • Send your request.

Fees

No fees are required for this service.

Additional Information

  • The employee should notify the employer (30) days before the expiry of a fixed term contract.
  • The employee should notify the employer (30) days before the expiry of an open-ended contract, and in case of working for (5) years.
  • The employee should notify the employer (60) days before the expiry of an open-ended contract, and in case of working for more than (5) years.
