Description

Companies may apply online to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) to modify all kinds of discounts/promotion licenses, which have to be valid or scheduled.

Online Instructions

• Login to MOCI website.
• Select the "E-Services" from the list.
• Select "Promotion/Discount Licenses", then "Modify Promotion/Discount License".
• Select the type of transaction to be modified, and click on "Next".
• Select the establishment whose license to be modified.
• Select the main CR or branch CR, and click on "Select".
• Select the license to be modified, enter the reason for modification, and then click on "Next".
• Modify the required data, then click on "Next".
• Complete the procedures, and print the modified license.

Additional Information

• The owner, any of the partners, or managers listed in the establishment's commercial register may submit the application. The establishment's commercial register must be valid.
• The application is not allowed if there is an application of the same kind was submitted to the ministry, and has not been implemented or canceled.
• The period of the license to be modified shouldn't be expired. If the promotion or the discount has already begun, the start or end date may not be changed.
• The discount rate can't be changed to less than the original percentage in the license.
• All requirements for issuing the license in the first place shall be applied.
• If the department's employees have any comments, a message will be sent to the applicant.
• A field inspection shall be made by one of the department's inspectors to review the license requirements.
• Once the draft is approved, a copy of the modified license will be sent to the applicant's email, and the license may be also printed by the department's employees.
