Description

This service allows users to subscribe to a new PO BOX online and manage it.

Online Instructions

  • Visit Qatar Post website.
  • Select “All Services” from the list.
  • Click on “Manage My PO Box” from the PO Box services.
  • Choose “Subscribe Online” from the list then click on “Subscribe PO Box”.
  • Select your preferred branch from the list and choose its respective PO Box number.
  • Declare if the PO Box number will be used for Personal or Corporate purpose.
  • Enter your details (Name, DOB, Nationality, QID, Mobile Number, Email Address, Shipping Address).
  • Select your preferred language.
  • Upload your QID copy.
  • Verify the entered information.
  • Pay the appropriate fees.

Fees

  • Annual Subscription (prorated from subscription date): 500 QR.
  • Deposit: 100 QR.

Additional Information

  • Only after the customer confirms the system will redirect the user to Payment gateway.
  • On successful payment the customer will get a receipt for the payment made.
  • The user will receive an email and/or SMS confirming the payment. 
  • In the email the customer will be notified that post verification of the information and document the PO Box number will be assigned to the customer.
  • PO Box will be activated after 24 hours of the subscription.
