Kahramaa has launched a fast-track service for elderly, women and people with special needs at main office customer service in Al Hilal.

The service gives the special needs customers, elderly people and women the priority in receiving services at the customer service. The A and B tracks have been assigned for them for installations and customer care requests respectively.

This service reflects KAHRAMAA social responsibility and its commitment to provide high quality services to customers.
