Description

Landowners or authorized agents may submit their requests to the Urban Planning Section of the Urban Planning Department to unify two properties or more, on condition that they are not separated by any exit (street or road).

Offline Instructions

• Submit official letter from the Real Estate Registration Department (in case the title deed is private).
• Submit official letter from the Lands and Survey Department (in case the title deed is limited to a country).
• Attach certified copy of title deed and certified copy of lot plan clarifying the land design and coordinates.
• Submit landlord details, providing copy of Qatari ID and required unification proposal.

Service Center

• Real Estate Registration Department (in case the title deed is private).
• Lands and Survey Department (in case the title deed is limited to a country).

Additional Information

• The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
• This service requires one week to be completed and up to two weeks based on when the transaction is received from the Lands and Survey Department.
