Service Description
The mission of the State of Qatar abroad issues To Whom It May Concern certificate to Qatari nationals staying abroad for studying, receiving medical treatment, or for any other reason.
Offline Instructions
- Submit a request to Qatari mission head to issue a To Whom It May Concern Certificate, and state the reasons for residence outside the country.
- Attach copy of passport or ID card, clarifying the ID number.
- Provide a proof on your residence outside the country, whether the reason is medical treatment or studying.
