Description
Investors, individuals and companies, may use this service to prove having no relation with any commercial registration (CR) associated with a registered commercial agent or with unremoved commercial agencies in the commercial agents register.
Online Instructions
- Login to the e-Investor Services.
- Select applicant type and enter relevant details.
- Attach copy of QID.
- Pay appropriate fees, then print negative certificate.
Additional Information
- This service is available around the clock.
- CR of company to which issuance of negative certificate is required must be valid.
- In case negative certificate is made to applicant per se, s/he shall not be partner or owner in any canceled CR associated with registration of any commercial agent or registration of canceled commercial agencies.
- In case certificate is of company or institution affiliated to CR, CR shall not be associated with any registration of any commercial agent or canceled commercial agencies.
- Applicant shall be partner or authorized signatory with power to deal with commercial agencies in CR.

A fee of QR1000 applies.
