Description
Any establishment, with valid commercial register and license, may submit a request online to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), to issue a discount license for all kinds of sales.
Online Instructions
- Login to the Investor Services, entering the username and password.
- Select “Licenses for discounts and offers”, and then choose “Issue Discount License” service.
- Click on “OK” to agree to the general instructions and obligations.
- Choose the establishment for which a discount license will be issued.
- Select the branch you wish to issue discount license for.
- Set the period during which you will be offering discounts, as long as it doesn’t exceed 21 days.
- Attach the establishment record copy, discount advertisement copy, and price list.
- Review the data and pledges, and acknowledge their validity.
- Pay appropriate fees and submit the request.
Fees
- QR 1000 per each participating branch
- QR 3000 for final liquidation
