Service Description

This service enables a taxpayer to submit a request for installment payment of his tax obligations in the event of his inability to pay tax dues on the legal dates.

Online Instructions

• Login to Dhareeba portal.
• After clicking on the "Login" button via the Dhareeba Portal, the taxpayer will be automatically directed to the National Authentication System.
• After clicking on the “Continue” button, the taxpayer will be redirected to the taxpayer portal where he must click on the tax number plate.
• After choosing the tax number plate, taxpayer will be taken to the “Home” screen where he has to click on the “Payment/Refund” tab.
• The taxpayer must click on “Create” on the installment request panel.
• The taxpayer is transferred to the “Helps for Taxpayers” screen where he needs to read all the instructions before clicking on the “Start Now” button.
• After clicking on the “Continue” button, the taxpayer will be taken to the “Select Commitment” screen where he must select the type of tax from the dropdown list.
• The taxpayer then determines the reason for requesting the installment.
• The taxpayer shall attach bank statements for the last 12 months.
• The taxpayer chooses the repayment periodicity from the “Payment Proposal” screen.
• The taxpayer approves the declaration page of the validity of the information, and submits the application.
• A message will be sent to you containing the application reference number.
