Service Description
Individuals may inquire online about the levels of available roads in front of or in the vicinity of a property.
Online Instructions
- Log in to the Customer Zone Portal of the Public Works Authority "Ashghal".
- Fill out the online form entering all the required information.
- Attach the required documents, then click on “Submit”.
Additional Information
- The Plot Number (PIN #) is required to be submitted to the reception counter in Ashghal. Road levels can be collected on the same day if immediately available.
- The plot owner or the owner representative will be advised to return if the information is not readily available.
- In some cases, for a newly developed or subdivided area, this information may not be readily available. The design, grading and construction of infrastructure works could take few years to be completed.
