Service Details

This service provides the possibility of disbursing money from the inheritance account that belongs to some beneficiaries and does not require legal division through the Islamic Inheritance jurisprudence.

How to Apply

The service request is submitted through the Authority’s service hall, and the following details must be provided:

• A copy of the applicant's ID card (mandatory).
• The deceased's identification number.
• Attach the following documents:
• Bank account details (in case the subtype is “receipt of inheritances for heirs outside the country”).
• Bank account statement (in case the subtype is “Receipt of Diwan Aid” or “Furniture Grant”).
• Discharge declaration (in case the subtype is “receipt of inheritances to heirs outside the country”).
• Court statement (in case the subtype is “disbursement of a court ruling” or “receipt of inheritances to heirs outside the country” or “receipt of a single heir”).
• An acknowledgment from all the heirs (in case the subtype is “bills disbursement”).
• Power of attorney or signature of all heirs (in case the subtype is “receipt of inheritances for heirs outside the country” or “refund of an amount”).
• Determining the heirs (in case the subtype is “receipt of periodic Diwan aid” or “refund of money” or “receipt of inheritances for heirs outside the country” or “death grant” or “furniture grant” or “sole heir” or “bills disbursement” or “Zakat Fund Aid”).
• An inventory of the heirs (in the event that the subtype is “receipt of the periodic assistance of the Diwan” or “refund of an amount” or “receipt of inheritances for heirs outside the country” or the receipt of a “death grant” or “furniture grant” or “sole heir” or “bills disbursement” or “Zakat Fund Aid”).
• Invoice (in case the subtype is “Invoice Payment”).
• A statement of the amount from the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (in case the subtype is “furniture grant receipt”).
• Other documents (in case the sub-type is related to the distribution of salaries of government agencies).
• Acknowledgment of handing over the amount to the wife (in case the sub-type is receiving “Diwan Aid” or “Furniture Grant”).
• A written letter from the wife (in case the subtype is "receipt of a death grant").
